Community Partners United, a SF Parks Trust partner, is gearing up for its 7th year of Fostering a Safe and Caring Holiday Season 2008. As is past years, the official season kicks off in October with a youth poster contest and various Halloween events located throughout the Western Addition. The season will continue through November with our 5th Annual Giving Voice to the Season Thanksgiving Dinner and Talent Show. Our season concludes in December with a month of events ranging from a Merchants’ Holiday Celebration, Community Sing Along, Wreath and Card Making, Food and Toy give-away and community luncheon. The essence of the season is to sponsor community events that offer a chance for community to gather and share food, fun, and entertainment while fostering a safe and caring community.

Please mark your calendar and plan on attending the upcoming October 23 HVNA general meeting to hear all the details.
